“After a disastrous drive to work …hitting a pothole on the ‘wonderfully’ maintained roads of Aberdeenshire, called HiQ TyreServices in Aberdeen. Very helpful guy on the phone arranged for mobile tyre replacement. The absolute star who came to my workplace to replace tyre could not have been more helpful. He was awesome. “We had our Audi brakes replaced by these guys and a brake sensor. The brake sensor kept going off and on randomly soon after we left the garage. My husband booked in back in to get it 'fixed' thinking that they had not reset the computers. After my husband taking half a day off work he left the garage thinking it was fixed only to discover 2 days later the same problem occurred. 2 weeks later after booking it in again I arrive this morning at 8.40 to the garage to be met with the most rude and awful man on the reception who has zero customer services skills. I was more than happy to sit and wait for an hour or so, after all we booked the car in in advance but I could see they were busy so thought 90 mins would have been plenty time for such a small job that was after all their issue in the first place. The 'gentleman' on reception was ignorant, obviously angry at something, was not one jot interested in what I had to say and when I said I was happy to wait in my car as I had calls to make anyway he his response was ' you'll just have to wait like everybody else, there is a waiting room there and it'll take a couple of hours' I felt like he had stopped short of sticking 2 fingers up at me. Had he cracked a smile, even through gritted teeth or even looked up from his appointments book for a second then I would have been happy to accept the wait but his disregard and hand swiping of a silly woman put paid to that. Now I'll book it in to a local independent garage who will appreciate my money and the many years of loyalty to Tyreservices Aberdeen is lost. Top Tip TS.....get that angry wee man into the back room as if he is the face of your company the I won't be the only one that will let me feet do the walking”

“Speedy kerbside service. The fitter was very friendly and repaired my tyre. I was concerned that this was the type of company who would con me into an unnecessary replacement, but no! I was advised that there was a £60 call out fee and the repair was only £19. I highly recommend this service ”
